"THE PASSION"
That video is the most powerful performance I have seen in my 51 years. It is a
MUST SEE for all! God bless the talented performing young man for the proper use
of such a gift. Certainly his reward looms ahead. ...This needs to be seen by as many
people
as possible.
God bless,
John May
The Radix Meditation of the Passion of Christ video is powerful! moving! and
pulls at the heart strings of all who view it! Be prepared to share in an
interior way the tremendous pain that Christ suffered for our sins. No Hollywood
costumes or makeup could improve on this production. Truly a work inspired by
the Holy Spirit!

The Passion video was wonderful. My 15 year old daughter said it was
"awesome". I teach Sunday school (6th Grade) and am going to show the video with my DRE's blessing.

Regarding the Passion video: I thought it was powerful and riveting; I was in
tears.

My children (ages 7 & 8) and I watched the Passion Video.
It was a very touching video. Not once did we move from our seats. During the
scourging scene we were all in tears. After the video we all discussed our
feelings and both of my children pointed out to me that it was through this
video that they have realized the great suffering our Lord Jesus Christ endured
for us. They told me that now they understand the great love that Christ has for
us all.
As a family we always pray the rosary but my children see it more as a chore,
after the video they now pray the rosary with great love and reflect back to the
Passion Video.
I would recommend the video to everyone.... God bless you for sharing your experience about the video
and to RADIX for being so devoted to our Lord Jesus Christ.

We just received the video less than two weeks ago. My husband & I watched
it and cried all of the way through it! ... I think everyone should see this movie
especially teenagers.

I saw Radix in person at a Marion Conference in Denver Colorado, November 1996.
Seeing their presentation of the Passion was so moving I couldn't help but cry.
The audience (over 3000 people) was enthralled. I purchased a video of that
particular presentation of the Passion. I cry every time I watch it, and I
consider it to be one of the most important videos I own. For the first time in
my life I REALLY got a sense of the pain and agony suffered by Christ. We tend
to downplay Christ's suffering because it isn't something we witnessed; it isn't
something we really identify with because it was so long ago. It's also
something we've heard about for all our lives, so it becomes "old
hat." You'll never be able to think of the Passion in those old terms once
you've seen the video. Radix just makes you do a 180 degree turn. Their
presentation also helps you get a real understanding of the suffering of the
Blessed Virgin. My children were profoundly touched by these dynamic
artists.

Catharine Lamb
I just wanted to express my feelings about the video. I bought it last month and
I watched it twice (once with my daughter and once with my wife). It was
awesome. I have been passing it around and everyone has the same reaction. Who
is the actor in the video? He gave quite a performance. I have never seen such
passion in a one man show. His performance was flawless and very moving. I was
in tears throughout the show.
There were many little points that I had not considered before. For instance
what Mary must have thought about her baby being crucified and remembering back
to how Jesus was as a little boy. My wife and I have been blessed with 5
children (3 girls and 2 boys) and those thoughts really hit home. I can
appreciate how a parent feels as their child get older and is not that little
girl or boy anymore. Bravo to the Radix group. They are in my prayers.

I would just like to pass on some information to all of you out there... I would like to recommend a video tape on the Passion of
Christ put out by RADIX... I received
all the notices, read all the recommendations, and ordered the tape (1) because
it wouldn't hurt, and (2) I was looking for something to fill out my resources.
I ordered two tapes sight unseen, one for me, and one for our Youth Group...
We received it yesterday and put it in the vcr. For the next 45-60 minutes we
were riveted to the TV. This is a one-man rendition of the Passion of Christ
like I have never seen before. I heartily recommend this video to all of you,
your families, and your community. This tape really brings out the depths of
God's love for each and everyone of us. This is not some watered down passion
play. This tape has reportedly brought conversions and reconciliation, after
viewing it -- I believe.
I believe that if you show this tape to a large group in your parish you had
better stock up on Kleenex's to hand out. If you show it as part of a
penitential service you better be prepared for long lines... I tend to downplay "you gotta
have" advertisements. This is one time I can say with confidence that they
have shown remarkable restraint.
